Overall, the experience was good. The in store buying process was good. The associate was nice and friendly. Not pushy (except for their warranty). I get it but, we don’t have to say no 3 times. The issue started when we were told it would be 2 weeks (which was shocking). Ended up being almost 5 weeks before we got our couch. Being told, it’ll be a few days multiple times. Just be up front. That would’ve been better. Lastly, the delivery team was below average to put it nicely. They showed up early which was awesome except, they didn’t have a clue how to move in a tight area. Made me sign a no damage waiver. Which, wouldn’t have been an issue if they knew what they were doing. I had to direct and help them for over half of it. And one point the guy said, we can’t do this unless you remove your railing. I know it’s a big couch and tight corner but, take a second and look. If I would’ve known this before, I would’ve picked it up myself and saved the $140 for delivery and setup. They were nice but didn’t want to listen. And no damage was done. Overall, if you need to buy something, I’d recommend picking it up and installing yourself. The store staff is great. The delivery guys, not that much… thanks.
