My first experience wasn't great. I was in the store for roughly 30 minutes before being greeted by a salesman that hardly knew the mattresses or the bedding products.
Luckily I gave them another chance and ran into Misty Andersen who knew what she was talking about. I was able to get a great deal and feel confident in my purchase. If it doesn't work I know I can trust Misty to find what I need and stay within my budget. She knew the bedding and was able to find comparable sheets without spending for a flashy name. Thank you Misty!! It is such a relief to find a suitable bed.

Misty Anderson was truly the best sales person. I walked in there and she asked what I was looking for and she knew what exactly I wanted. Was there about 30 minutes. Truly the best in town. Tried Karl’s and Slumberland but nothing could compare to the selection and the customer service!!!! Truly the best.

Less than one year ago we purchased a Splash Chocolate Sectional from this store. Over $4000 spent on this couch. With this purchase, we also bought the Extended Replacement plan. Now, less than a year later, we have pin feathers coming out of one headrest and two cushions have collapsed. We call Ashley about this and what do we get? A clueless salesman who tells us to refer it to a customer care number. After a rather lengthly back and forth, we now have to wait 3 months for them to get the "parts" to "repair" the cushions in the couch. Apparently, nothing is being done about the feathers coming out of the headrest. If I were you, I wpuld steer clear of this company. Terrible customer service and even worse warranty and replacement plans.

We were in the Pierre area and went to Unclaimed Freight to look around, check out recliners and mattresses. Misty, what a gem! She told us about the beds and the recliners and then gave us some time to think things over. She never pressured but did give suggestions! Misty has great customer service and a smile and knowledge about the merchandise. Will we continue to business with Misty? Absolutely!!! We did end up purchasing a king size mattress!

Horrible service. I was never greeted or assisted with my purchasing needs. I had to seek out a representatives to make my purchase. After paying, I realized I was over charged . The representative never apologized and blamed the system multiple times. The system he was using! He had multiple excuses, which he not once apologized for. Kelly was his name.
