I had purchased this furniture 2 weeks prior, Tyler was not our initial salesperson but he went out of his way to assist me with the delivery issues when they popped up!! It was a major communication issue with their warehouse and Sioux Falls delivery personnel. He went above and beyond to SAVE the sale!! He truly "cared" and remained calm, his customer service skills were Top Notch and took my "reaction" level down immediately..... because he right away offered to look into SF call that our furniture was NOT on the truck as promised that day! Couple days was SF best guess on redelivery! 😬
Within 10mins Tyler had found our furniture in SC due to our mix up between us picking it up, and me changing my mind the week before. 👏👏 way to go Tyler, you took responsibility, and found a solution for the customers satisfaction.
