Doorstep Drop-Off

Have it brought to your door, garage, or lobby of an apartment building with doorstep drop-off delivery: assembly not included.

Drop-Off Delivery services are available on select items in some locations: it’s FREE with a $799 minimum purchase! When you find your perfect styles, our team starts finding the best route to get your purchase to you. We know that you’re eager to receive your new pieces, so we work hard to deliver in a timely manner with extra care.

You will be given an estimated drop-off date based on the availability and stock levels of the items you purchase. If your pieces are not in stock at the time of your purchase, we will contact you as soon as it becomes available to schedule a drop-off date.

Two days before your scheduled drop-off date, you will receive a phone call reminder and a text message reminder to confirm your address, and to provide an estimated time window for your drop-off. To ensure that every drop-off experience is given the utmost care, each drop-off time is scheduled in a three-hour window.

To complete the drop-off, an adult 18 years or older must be present, and must provide a signature at the time of drop-off.

Our delivery team will bring your items as far as the front door, garage, or lobby of your apartment.

Your items will remain in the packaging and will not be assembled.

Drop-Off times will be between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Any concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours to the Help Center.

All returns are subject to management approval, and a delivery charge will apply to pick up merchandise.
