It takes time to adjust to your new mattress. Give it at least 30 nights, but if within 120 nights, you decide that your mattress isn’t right for you, we’ll help you find a better sleep solution for a great night’s sleep.
To ensure you can exchange your premium* mattress, you simply need a mattress protector and your original receipt. For the low cost of local delivery, we’ll happily pick up your current mattress as well as deliver and set-up your new one.
†120 Good Night Guarantee is only valid with the purchase of a mattress protector, purchased at the store at the time of the mattress purchase. Premium mattresses* of $799 or more. After 30 days and before 120 days from the date of original purchase, customer can exchange or return any premium mattress over $799. For all 120 Good Night exchanges, local delivery costs apply and include removal of previous mattress and delivery and in-home set-up of the new mattress. Any old mattress will be picked up with the delivery of a new mattress or mattress set. 120 Good Night Guarantee does not apply to clearance mattresses, floor models, classic or adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, top of bed, mattress & pillow protectors. ‡Best Price Guarantee: Customer has 30 days from the date of invoice to bring a local competitor’s ad to the store.
